Course was great. Had a good level of practical and theory. Great to have the space to hear others opinion and experiences and compare it to my own. That sense of familiarity and not alone with my issues.

Paul was an excellent facilitator for this training. There was a good balance of theory and real life applications for the training. Having an opportunity to role play certain aspects like being a coach, helped me understand the importance of asking questions to get someone to solve their own problem. It caused me to look inwardly at my own way of managing and accept the weaker parts of myself. Now I can work on those in both my personal and professional life. The 3pm ice cream was a beautiful unexpected treat as well.

Janet has been a wonderful facilitator, and the course really breaks down the aspects of you as a person and how you manage and react to certain situations.

Really good session. Pat was happy to work through examples that were not just part of the training material that gave us real world experience in our daily work lives. Equally he was happy to take questions, answer them or show us examples of it in practice. Was very patient and was happy to go over a specific item if we had not worked through the example accurately or missed a step.

Great lunch this time. Prework was challenging

Tutor was great and the lunch and ice cream was also good and help to make the day flow
