Thoroughly enjoyed it, felt valued and learnt a lot. Lots of strategies to go forward with for the benefit of the whole team.

Really enjoyed the leadership behaviours and understanding how I fitted into this and what I can do to change my own leadership style.

Lots of time to discuss in breakout rooms which was great. Pacing could have been a little faster though.

Thank you for a really great session, well structured, lots of interaction and getting you to think about the ideas. Some really valuable concepts which I'm going to try and use in my work and personal life.

I enjoyed the course. It was a nice group and the trainer was great.
