An absolutely fantastic session, in a work environment where things are often not taken seriously, there was complete buy in from the whole group, and everyone has spoken about how useful it was. A thoroughly beneficial and enjoyable day.
A very worthwhile workshop, would recommend people attend if given the opportunity.
I was quite sceptical about the course beforehand and probably not at my most engaged. However, Dez won me over and I left at the end of the day feeling better equipped & more confident in dealing with potentially tricky conversations.
Christine was very helpful and patient with our group throughout the day. She involved everyone and I felt as though I was in the classroom. She helped me learn a lot and was very open to any questions anyone had. She was encouraging and very knowledgeable on Excel, so I felt comfortable asking any questions.

I haven't had the book yet (it's in the post) but I'm sure it will be very helpful Format was great and considering it was the first time this training had to be delivered online/via a zoom call I thought it went really well. Would advice people have 2 screens when doing the training but it's really not the end of the world if they don't

The content and schedule came Thursday afternoon before the course on Monday which was a bit late - meant I had to do the homework over the weekend But otherwise it was fantastic and our trainer was wonderful - warm, made things fun, was expert and knowledgeable
Was a lovely training course. Sal is very friendly and explains the work clearly. Lunch was very good.
