Serena was very patient and enthusiastic about the wonders that are "pivot tables". She made me realise how much time I have been wasting and how much usable information I could obtain so easily.
Good course content. Enthusiastic trainer and lots of good examples and stories. Would have liked a bit more time to talk around some subjects, but due to online format there was less time available. Internet issues for the host took a bit of time out as well, but understand there's things out of your control
