Really enjoyed it and learned a lot! Just maybe more breaks as it was quite a lot to take in.

Pace a bit quick in the break-out rooms. Not necessarily relatable to retail throughout.

Great training it was obvious the trainer had a lot of knowledge and I will now utilize not only the online version but also the desktop Outlook. I think the course provider should acknowledge that sharing your mailbox isn't always possible. My emails are mainly about inpatients so all my work emails are confidential. She told the group it was a prerequisite that everyone shared their mailbox. If this was the case it should have been made clearer. It was a slightly uncomfortable start to the session. Also I only use the online version of outlook and many of the tips suggested applied to the desktop version (according to the trainer). I still found the training useful and will setup the desktop version but maybe mentioning you are required to share your mailbox and that the course applies to the desktop version of outlook not online may help other participates. The facilitator was really good but seem slightly annoyed that we had missed these instructions.
