A great training day especially as the course had a lot of information to absorb, Mike made it a really enjoyable and interactive experience. I feel a lot more confident in my role.

the manual is really useful. it would be easier to read/digest if the text was broken up a bit

The course was very beneficial, however there was too much content to fit into one day and we had to rush through some things.

I enjoyed the course overall, it was informative and I was able to built on the knowledge I already had.

overall good course, felt there was far too much content to cover in a single day, second half was too rushed, need to address the pace. Got some good pointers. but wasn't challenged much, I expected advanced to be pretty complex.
