A really thorough and useful introduction to managing an individual or a team for the first time. I found practical tools that I can take back to my workplace and Nick was a brilliant and engaging trainer.

I think the topics covered were immensely helpful and I’ll definitely be using the content to improve my role as a manager, but felt that the same content could haves been covered in one day rather than two. There were a lot of tangents into stories and experiences that while a few would give context, to many were distracting and often unnecessary
