Excellent course. Very useful.

Really good session Sooooo many actions I’ve made notes to do!

Very interactive which keeps it interesting.

Lost a star because of the last minute changes to timings and missing half a session because I was unable to cancel clinic. The Preston networking event was excellent but missed most others due to last minute changes.

Teaching room temperature-uncomfortably cold

Very happy with the training I received. I felt able to participate in discussions & have learnt lots of new ways to deal with situations in my new management role.

Service from admin team was exceptional, thanks to a lovely lady with ginger hair I can't remember the name of! She brought me a fresh coffee into my training and found me migraine tablets, going above and beyond to make me feel accommodated. The trainer Diana was lovely and paced the session well, although I do wonder if we missed some content - maybe due to the fact the course was full? Felt a lot more confident about Excel afterwards and would like to return for further courses. Handbook was really helpful and never felt I was bringing the group down when I was slower than everyone else.
