The facilitator did a brilliant job at making this training interactive, encouraging discussions to take place and allowing each attendee to have an input. I learned a lot from this course and although a lot of information was covered, it was not overwhelming and was delivered well.
I was not sure what to expect before the training. I like that I was challenged as this made me examine my thought process and led me to consider things with more depth.

Kevin is very patient and accommodating. He makes the class inclusive and very interactive, which really helps the learning process. He has a great sense of humour which keeps the atmosphere friendly and fun, Quite fast paced so I will have to go away as last time and practice, practice, practice.
