Really good short course with helpful tips on how to manage time better and be more productive. I'm very reassured to find out that procrastination is normal and half of us do it!

I'm really impressed with how the course was delivered, as I've attended Happy courses in branch and now remotely. The course was really engaging and insightful, thank you Paul.

I think it was a really good, course and there was plenty of preparation. The use of online materials, inc. Jamboard etc., was intuitive. Liked the randomised break out rooms. I think for me, some stuff wasn't applicable. For instance, I am required to constantly monitor emails for policy announcements and news to share with clients.

I think there may have been slightly too much time in breakout groups. I am not sure how much I learnt from others on the course that it warranted say 5min per breakout room when 3 min would do.

The main part of the course I found useful was lists as I don't do finance or charts but still very useful to learn
