Excellent 2 days!! Benet was amazing. Engaging, encouraging, thoughtful. Good examples. I expect to be able to use course in my job. Excellent lunch, not a dodgy sandwich in sight!

I feel a lot more confident to go back with the things I've learnt and do a better job of managing. Happy has a lovely environment and Benet was great.

Really enjoyable course that I think I will take away some important learnings from. The booklet seems a little long when not using the whole thing however.

I would say this is the best course I have ever attended. I felt like I actually learnt something and will go away with new skills. Kevin was brilliant and I will be highly recommending this course to others. I plan to attend the level 3 course once I have started using these new skills.

Would have been good with some senior managers involved, to hear thoughts within the room.

Nicky was excellent at involving us all, and ensuring we all contributed. The skills taught were applicable to our situations and will definitely be put to good use.
