Useful

I am very new to project management and working in an organisation back of house (non operational role, first full time job) My role is not inherently project management based but I have touched upon things in my role that I needed to be trained more on and that happened today. I couldn’t give so many examples or relate to my lived experience of participating to project management.

Overall, the course was well structured and well delivered. The facilitator was professional and knowledgeable, making the delivery easier and always available to answer questions. Overall, a good course that delivered on what the program said it would and a useful course.

I really enjoyed this course. Took things off the page and led to some good discussions. The amount of people in the group gave everyone the chance to have more of an intimate experience

Very insightful and practical tools to guide the task of chairing

I was very nervous about the training as had heard about how interactive it was but Sal was a great instructor, really supportive and took everything at just the right pace. Lots of helpful shortcuts as well as teaching me new functionality. Would suggest recommending that participants have access to a second screen.

Sal was great - its a lot to cover in a day - maybe 2 half day sessions? My brain was bursting. But thank you I've learnt so much.
