Really good day - met all expectations and was very enjoyable. Training was informal but rigorous - Pat was great, good pace but never rushed, gave space to play, was well informed and motivated, patient and answered all questions. Venue really nice, as were the welcome, food and learning environment.

The course was very productive whilst also being very flexible in terms of what we wanted to learn in greater details and what we wanted to briefly go-over. Facilitator was very helpful & knowledgeable.
