Cathy was an excellent Trainer with the ability to motivate and involve everyone despite the online learning - I've learnt lots! Really enjoyed phycological safety too!

I found this course very helpful and insightful. I thought Cathy was great - very clear and positive and gave good feedback.
Again, the amount of breakout opportunities was great - discussion and learning from across the organisation and from more senior managers. Plenty of takeaway points - including actions for the team, such as taking the communication questionnaire. Greater understanding of how I communicate and react to stress.

Very pleased with the overall training. I feel as though i have learnt a lot in a short space of time and I will now be able to use my skills to do a lot more technical things on Excel.
As with all courses, some areas covered I won't need to utilise, but really interesting to talk through how it works. Kevin has a very helpful and easy to follow way of teaching.
I really enjoyed the course. I think it is an excellent starter and introduction to all of these ideas, but I think what is really clear is that you have to practise these behaviours every day for them to be successful and to create culture change and I think it would be great to somehow have ongoing support or 'accountability check-ins' so that there is ongoing encouragement and we don't fall back into previous ways of working.
