Another FANTASTIC training by Happy. Henry you are amazing!! Loved everything about it. Only thing is it was hard to practice techniques this week as I was in solid interviews for a lot of it but I will practice more next week!

The pace was really good - snappy and very practical. I feel like I learnt a lot and a very short space of time. I liked the format of 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon. And Henry is so upbeat and positive - it's infectious and makes you feel that you can do it.
A really useful course. I loved having a daily tool to try out and report back on.
100% recommend this... the combination of learning in the morning and applying during the working day worked really well for me... the learning was bitesize so realistic and manageable

Some of the techniques were known of in different forms but the way the course is done and the participation with each other helps things seem possible.
