Jo is a very likeable person who is able to engage participants effectively in ways that other trainers cannot. The pace of the course was excellent and I appreciated the time given to breaks and lunch, as well as how Jo explained the session.
I learnt a lot as someone who has never really written reports before. The course provider Jo was great. I felt totally included and was made to feel that any questions or points raised were relevant.
Really enjoyable and engaging and it helped me refresh my report writing skills. Jo was very personable and I'm Happy to have met her.
