Excellent trainer and very patient and articulate in her teaching
A lot of th4e course I was familiar with, but it was a good refresher with some very good nuggets that will improve the efficiency of my work.
Cathy was able to understand the needs of our group and direction conversation and examples to ensure that we got the best out of the session
Sal was lovely and very engaging, patient and thorough! Hope to have her again for my next session :)
Enjoyed the training and the chance to go through things in our small group with Cathy worked really well. Understood/had come across a lot of the ideas previously but it was good to see slightly different interpretations / approaches to ones that I've seen before.
