I have learnt a lot about report writing, tips and tricks I can't wait to use in my next report
Paul was a great course leader. He was engaging and answered all the questions I had. I loved the use of breakout rooms and being able to discuss with group members. I liked that he groups changed with each breakout room, giving us the opportunity to speak to different people.

Very friendly tutor Paul who was very patient with us and took time for everyone to ensure people where following him. Good pace and useful functions explained. Initially it was difficult for me to get on the training ( I was connected to a different meeting with Olivia?) and some of my functions such as chat function and mute/unmute button became disabled during the training. Paul was still checking on me , so I could still follow the training.
Nicky was very engaging which created an excellent working environment. The tools she used were both informative and challenged my way of thinking in a positive manner.
I wanted to learn more about the different report writing styles according to the purpose of the report and the audience.
Very well delivered course. I have taken away a lot of key words to use when preparing for a meeting which may be a difficult conversation. It has given me confidence to use a structure in a meeting.
