Another great session, very relevant and useful information that I can take into my role

Really informative session, definitely taking things away to work on

Lots of food for thought, head space to think about personal development and where I am at. Paul was really inclusive and made sure everyone had contribution, this was really skilled and I feel I have learned from his calm and inclusive facilitation style.

Valuable to have time away from the day job to think and reflect and to hear about practical techniques I can try out.

Very Good structure and content

some of the pre course tasks required multiple signing up to different platforms - was a little bit confusing and took time ++

I think the programme is great but It would be best to include more day to day leadership materials

The course was easy to follow, well paced and had enough individual and group sessions. Time actually flew by!

Paul was very knowledgeable and excellent at drawing out experience and insight from the group. Very helpful in terms of the fundamentals around report writing and key points to remember when doing this in the future.

Deborah was a great facilitator. Always friendly and approachable, and did a great job in engaging with us all.
