Good session covering dry content

Course facilitator is great, lovely and calm and includes all. Would like more space for group discussion sometimes before moving on, just to allow for more detailed discussion but am aware that I do work with my colleagues in a way where we hold a good psychological understanding of staff and ourselves and so would always value time to get into the detail, particularly around the more complex areas such as psychological safety. Aware everyone has differing levels of experience too, so the course needs to account for that :)

I enjoy the time in breakout rooms talking to others and learning about different roles and leadership styles. This is mirroring another leadership course that I am enrolled on within my Trust (Horizons) so feel that it is repeating this so don't feel I am learning lots of new things but this is validating what I have recently learnt. I will value the networking

Enjoyed the break out activities, useful tools delivered and we were able to critique these

The session was useful and I had the opportunity to ask lots of questions.

I think the course was just right in terms of content and pitch for the audience and delivery timeframe - I appreciate Teams is a fairly limited platform so there isn't loads to demo/try and these limited the scope of the session a bit. The facilitation was easy, natural and inclusive and enabled everyone to contribute and think around the subject.

A very insightful course, I have learnt some tricks and tools that will be useful in my role. Sal ensured to engage with all attendees and made the course easy to follow and understand.

Really engaging course. Fantastic facilitation which created lots of discussion combined with lots of knowledge and information being introduced (so it wasn't just us talking about what we already knew).
