Well delivered course which summarised some of the trickier aspects of Excel formula!
Good to learn new Excel functions. The pace however was difficult to follow. I appreciate it was Level 3 but I found myself lost quite a few times.
Paul was very knowledgeable and very patient. The training was detailed with clear step by step explanations. Time was given to practice different elements, this was really important in helping me understanding the use of Visio. Thank you

Facilitator was excellent and clearly explained concepts when I did not understand them upon initial explanation. We did have a few tech errors, though these were dealt with swiftly and transparently and did not impact the session significantly.
