Very useful session - look forward to the next

Christine was patient and understanding. Absoluely perfect. A model for training the semi-literate (or almost illerate) computer user. Confidence was built, questions answered and my teenage support system was not deployed!

Really good course, was only limited at one point by my own internet connection!

Personally found it quite difficult to engage online, I would find it helpful to have some slides or information at top of page to indicate what bit we are learning about. Being sent a manual will be helpful.

Very helpful training even for those who are not in a management position yet.
