Great session and great to work through the content with the trainer
Jo was great as a facilitator and managed to keep us all engaged during the sessions, which was tough as most were scheduled for end of day on a Friday! We were able to use a mix of theoretical approaches and apply it to real life issues members of the group were facing. It was also useful to meet other managers who you wouldn't normally meet

The course was really good. I joined the rest of my team on the level 2 as a bit of a refresh before the Level 3 and it has been great for that. It has improved my confidence going into the Level 3 course.
Good demonstrations, involvement and communication. Chat function is particularly handy and the video demonstrations really helped.
Very informative and useful moving forward. Be good to work with more qualitative data.
