Really enjoyable training, felt like a safe space.
Pace was good, lots of engaging activities in break out rooms. Good mix of facilitator talking vs team / small group discussions.
The course facilitator was very friendly and explained all of the steps clearly to allow everyone to follow them.
I have always been a bit nervous of using lookups, but Christine explained things really clearly and I am now more confident using these.
The course was well delivered and what I learnt will be really useful in my job. The trainer was excellent and went out of her way to make sure all delegates got the most out of the course.
Great explanation, showing and letting use work through examples ourselves and come back with questions was very helpful and learning from other people's issues with formula layout etc. that may affect me in the future/
