Well structured and run session given the time and space constraints. Facilitator was able to quickly get all participants working together despite the diversity of roles and positions in the hierarchy. Everyone given a chance to contribute
The course was really interesting and I learnt loads. It was a little too fast paced at times, due to using a small screen and not being able to see clearly. I understand there was a lot to fit in however and it was great that you would go back and go over something.
Pace was slow at times but that was not down to the instructor but other participants. Instructor handled this really well creating a good balance in pace between faster and slower participants
great for networking would have been good to have examples based on local government use of the prinicples e.g ow a LA has used pre approval
Well run & informative. Not exactly relevant to myself at the present time though.
I really enjoyed the course today and got lots of really useful tips. I also liked the recourse material on emails and meetings
I found the coaching session useful The difficult conversation tools were useful to give a structure to approaching them. I did find this session was a little bit repetitive though
It was good attending the Excel course, I have learnt a lot, and hopefully be able to use this in my day to day work.
An open space where everyone could contribute. We were divided in to groups of 2 or 3 which meant that our voices felt heard each time. Learned a lot about how management is about soft skills more than knowledge.
