Very professional teacher and easy to understand

Great course and would definitely recommend

The course felt clearly structured whilst also being responsive to the needs of the group. The variety of learning activities meant that I felt engaged at all times and that everything went in and will stay there!

Really enjoyed today. Lots of skills. I will take forward skills such as looking for strengths in the team and delegating parts of my role to team members that have the skill. I will improve the way I delegate, increase the praise I give and get my team to do a strength finder so I can talent match.

Overall I had a really lovely time and learnt some great techniques and that we already have a lot of the tools to excel, we just needed coaching in how to use them. The course helped you realise you're not the only one struggling with specific issues and being able to have open and honest conversations about that was extremely helpful.

Thank you to everyone at Happy. I really enjoyed the course and the staff who work here were lovely and welcoming. I look forward to returning.
