It was quite intense! I think maybe it could be a longer course.

Edmund was brilliant and happy to recap when needed. He continued to check in with us to make sure we were ok and following the learning.

Sal was great at meeting all objectives and was very informative. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning of the zoom call and made it interesting for me for stay focussed and engaged. I also like the fact that the camera was switched off but was still asked questions so everyone continued to stay engaged. Thank you so much.

Very practically oriented course which I found extremely useful. I have never been properly shown the functions of outlook, or really understood how tasks are meant to be used. Or organisation does not have a culture of using tasks between team members, so this isn't something I can use (yet) to replace emails to colleagues but an interesting concept. Use of Outlook is something which an organisation could have a serious cultural change about - with a targetted induction for all employees to teach a trust approach to outlook use . Something which could improve the mental health of all involved. The NHS could really do with this properly sorting out...

This training definitely helps with organisation and prioritisation of tasks for work and email management.
