I'm very glad that I've signed up for this course and it gives me tools and ideas on how to manage team members well. I thought the whole learning structure was very new experience for me (interactive & giving feedbacks/opinions on topics) and I find that I can recall better than looking at slides. That said, I think might be helpful to have more of the slides and explanations as I find the interactive sessions slightly exhausting. But overall I'm very happy to have learned so much from this course.

The course is very helpful. A lot of new information, but also facilitator have assured myself that I have already know the answer on how to behave with people I am managing.

great pace, nicely inclusive to all members, took time to ensure everyone understood, grest tips along the way and lessons I will take with me and implement into my work.
