great session, it covered a lot more than I though it would.
As everyone is aware not all peoples ability to grasp how things work are the same. Some people pick things up quickly, whilst others take a bit longer. I was one of those that took longer. The course was a bit too fast paced - It would be better if it was slower and over a longer period of time. Ensuring more practice could be done and therefore giving me the time and ability to grasp what facilitator was explaining and a chance to ask questions or ask for a recap. Recaps were done to some extent but very fast paced - I did find it difficult to keep up
Very good content, well paced, good engagement
The course was very interactive and allowed us to come up with answers to some of our questions on our own. It also taught me some great skills with regards to giving and receiving feedback that I will be implementing going foward.
I like the fact that everyone had the opportunity to get involved in the discussions.
The course was very good. It has given me some things to think about and how I structure my feedback meetings. I now know using emoji's is not recommended when giving written fb
Good course; lots of time to think and reflect and discuss which is always good.
