A great environment and course structured right for the group ... lots of great learning and techniques to help us going forward, and acknowledge different communication styles of personnel within the organisation. I didn't feel like i was in training as it was more like a workshop, which is a good thing. Mike used his knowledge, background info and also the challenges we face with our own projects and helped to unpick how to solve them, which meant we learnt as we were going. Mike did this in a fun way and constantly engaged everyone in the room. It was a really great session that I've taken away lots from and shared with my colleagues already :)
