Good steady pace meant everyone had chance to have a go and I felt able to participate when I knew the answer. Learnt a wide variety of things which I can try to make use of in my work and I will definitely be able to use the shortcuts which were embedded into the learning.

The course built on my knowledge of Excel with real practical examples I could use in my daily work. I enjoyed the structure and delivery and felt it was well-paced.

The session was useful and I had the opportunity to ask lots of questions.

I think the course was just right in terms of content and pitch for the audience and delivery timeframe - I appreciate Teams is a fairly limited platform so there isn't loads to demo/try and these limited the scope of the session a bit. The facilitation was easy, natural and inclusive and enabled everyone to contribute and think around the subject.

A very insightful course, I have learnt some tricks and tools that will be useful in my role. Sal ensured to engage with all attendees and made the course easy to follow and understand.

Really engaging course. Fantastic facilitation which created lots of discussion combined with lots of knowledge and information being introduced (so it wasn't just us talking about what we already knew).

It was a really well facilitated session. Rachael guided us into and back from break out sessions in a way that encouraged safe and effective discussions and feedback. It made a long day feel incredibly manageable and highly productive
