Very clear and easy going and very willing to explain and clarify anything that wasn't clear.
I learnt a lot and the trainer was very encouraging.
I am really enjoying the overall subject matter and learning more how to improve everything in this area. The interactivity is the perfect level.

well presented, engaging and learned some practical techniques. thanks
This is a good introductory course into Visio, suitable for a mix skilled group. The technology used to deliver the course worked well, and the exercises were well planned.
