very informative course and well ran (considering it was virtual) i would recommend an IT tech sit on at the start of any course to assist individuals struggling in the initial set up
It was a relaxed and open space to share personal experiences. It will be a good idea to have a short catch up session with the same participants in a fe wmonths time to see how did the implementation of the tools went.
I truly enjoyed and appreciated Nick's ability to interact with us, get us involved, asking questions that would make your really think and put things into perspective. The modules and exercises were extremely useful and they were very well balanced with the presentation and the more theoretical aspects. Also appreciated the tips for the books - I always look for good self-help books, but there are so many options out there and it's nice when you get expert recommendations :)

The training was great but too short. I would love longer sessions.
