Really useful, insightful and inspiring day, has given me a lot to think about going forward and lots of tools that I can use to try to improve as a leader

We weren't given an option on lunch. I didn't mind it being Vegan but some found it too spicy. Cupcake apology was lovely. Theres also too little space for lunch and loos on a busy day. Not a huge problem, but not perfect.
