This was a great course. Serena was a welcoming and knowledgeable trainer, who kept me engaged for the whole two day course.

Serena was absolutely excellent and such a pleasure to work with. Her delivery was patient. measured and informative. We came away having learned so much and excited to start using the program.

Both sessions were fantastic. There was a lot of information but the pacing was perfect for me and many things were repeated allowing for extra practise or questions. I also enjoyed the independent challenges, they really helped me to learn about the different tools.

Really good session, great time keeping and excellent facilitation of getting everyone involved. Good balance of teaching content and allowing discussion and self reflection.
