On the whole, it was a fantastic short course with useful tips that I will use more and more and it will hopefully become the 'norm'. Definitely made me feel more productive and on top of my work and allowed me to have some focus time on the more in-depth pieces of work, without worrying about emails or being distracted! Only comment about the pace, was that when we went into breakout rooms, it felt a bit rushed when it was only for a couple of minutes, so not all people got a chance to feedback.
i have really enjoyed thses bite sizes teaching packages, i think this week will revolution the way i work i already i feel much more incontrol and less stressed thank you Henry you a star have a good holiday
Really enjoying the course! Thanks so much. I like the interactive stuff and breakout room activities. I loved the last exercise today with the case study - it felt really practical and useful to imagine what we’d say and do and to discuss that with others.
The session was very well thought out and defined. The breakout sessions really encouraged people to be open and honest with each other. These sessions are so important for new starters, but we also need to facilitate them better inrternally.
Fast paced, but done in a very effective fashion
Very informative and good instruction. I am a novice and would have enjoyed the use of two screens. We had some funny moments with the class as people tackled the technology.
The tutor was great, using the chat facility and adjusting his teaching pace when one of the group had to catch up. Very happy.
always useful to have some time to discuss everything with everyone.
