A brilliant first day - showed me the basics, which will allow me to be more confident
Excellent day - learnt a great deal and very pleasant venue. Only criticism - found food was too salty (I chose the salmon - the noodles and dressing were the culprits.) But I wouldn't overstate this, it didn't significantly detract from the experience.
As always, really good course and enthusiastic and knowledgeable facilitator.
