Overall, a very useful session. I learn't about new features (even if they were very small tips about slides) and I feel that I am now able to apply these things to my everyday role.

Dez was a great instructor, he made sure to deliver all of the content whilst keeping the topic interesting and engaging. Couldn't believe how fast the day went and honestly did not what the session to end. Have left feeling more confident about starting to use the tools such as the contrasting sentences.

Day 2 was even better than Day 1 of this course! It was very useful and a lot of learning but at a good pace - there were enough breaks to keep me engaged throughout the day. There was plenty of discussion time and the groups were not too big for each activity, which meant there was enough time for everyone to speak/do their bit. In particular I found the group coaching with the coach, coachee and observer bit very useful, because I could experience all three. I'm glad there was an observer option too, as it completely makes sense that if you are only ever the coach and coachee, you may not notice or pick up certain things as you're focused on coaching/being coached.

A great day, Nicky is amazing. The course content is really on point for me, and Nicky makes sure to give examples that meant all people in the room can relate to the work that we are doing. Everything was explained clearly, and we were given ample opportunity to ask questions of the trainer and the other people on the course

Sorry, did not enjoy my lunch and could not eat it. I think I would have preferred a sandwich lunch. Otherwise, the food/drink facilities was good, thank you.
