Sarah always manages to broaden my thoughts! Super helpful. I'll be testing for attitudes

Very good venue, great trainer, I learned a lot and have more confidence
Really enjoyed this course. Feel a lot more confident about minute taking. Ready to use my skills learnt today at my workplace
Facilitator was very patient and able to simplify any questions that I had into realistic tasks.
I had a brilliant day at Happy. Ed was a patient teacher and made sure the lesson was at a pace suitable for everyone. Before this course I was apprehensive about using Excel, but now I am excited about the opportunities that it will bring to my work!
