I did like the way it goes very good and the speed was ok for me as I did learn a lots of thing I didn't know before.
Excellent trainer, was a jam packed session and learned a great deal. Would highly recommend.
A great course, great mix of techniques and thinking points. Dez was supper supportive, encouraging and understanding of the group and it's needs. The day went quick and I am excited to try out these techniques
