Brilliant day thought-provoking well-paced Plenty of time for reflection and planning

Really enjoyable to have a leadership course facilitated outside of NHS but with a broad spectrum of colleagues from the organisation. Listening and learning from others experiences.

really well lead , unpressured and calm , allowing space for everyone to talk. I have found this really engaging and enjoyed meeting new people with common goals , realisation that I am not alone in my vision and how then to progress this through the support of this group

The interactive elements kept us all involved, and I walked away feeling much more confident in my ability to take effective minutes. Truly a fantastic session—both informative and fun!
