Really loved Mike as the facilitator - he made sure everyone was engaged. Also when someone was quiet, he made sure they were included.

Really brilliant day - great pace, really interactive. felt possibly more inclusive than in a real world setting - use of tech to engage and give all styles the chance to contribute. Loved the music for thinking! Perfect tone too.

I've done other courses in my organization and I found this one the best. Very well-focused, succint, diverse (in what it demands from you), fun and with an excellent facilitator. I very much liked the tools in the two modules and its simple explanations.
