Clear Presentation. Given it was online and not in a Classroom i still felt absorbed into the sessions. Online is an option i'd be happy to go with again.

i enjoyed the breakouts, i felt at the beginning it was a trial by fire, but as the sessions went on i found them good, and the short time wasn't so much of a problem. I did find the course content good and informative.

Our trainer was excellent. Very friendly and helpful, and explained things clearly. I would have liked more opportunity to try things out as they were being explained to me, but appreciate this would have made the course much longer.

Overall I found the session very easy to follow and at a great pace. I would have liked more interaction. This is how you do something and then having a go ourselves. Structure was a bit haphazard, but overall everything was covered. I would definitely recommend Happy.

Great overview and lots of interaction with all A great start to raise awareness in people who are "new to this stuff" Change is contextural and some examples were good but not 100% applicable We need to avoid the Meatloaf song "All revved up and no place to go" - there must be a plan to implement the stuff.

There was small delay when other people training were having problems with their zoom and linking in but the trainer was very calm and helpful and carried the course on.
