Personally it was the least productive day out of the 4, the HR processes didn't resonate but the breakout sessions were useful as ever.

I've absolutely loved the course and the different style to many courses that I've done before. It's challenged my thought processes and made me re-assess some of the ways that I work and things that I do. I've definitely changed in a good way.

The training was an excellent combination of learning from the facilitator and from each other. The set up virtually with break-out rooms, with different people each time, is a great way of us hearing each others' ideas and helping with each others' problems

This has been a fantastic, practical course that has given me huge insights into myself, my leadership style and how I can get the best out of the teams I work with. This course was delivered in a challenging time, but the two sessions delivered over zoom were really well led and I felt like I was still able to get a huge amount out of them, testament to Paul as a really excellent facilitator.
