I would certainly recommend this course, the trainer and the venue. Nicely set up little office. Felt comfortable.

Edmund Is a FANTASTIC Trainer, Very helpful and didn't rush past any content, He was happy to spend extra time on a subject to help me understand how i can apply new skills to my Role at Work. Very relaxed environment and very hands on, this is my preferred way of learning so was perfect for me.

I think its really helpful to have the manual to refer back to and the helpline. Daphne went at a comfortable pace and we were able to ask questions and flag if we didn't understand anything and she would explain really well.

The course was relaxed, but we learnt a lot. Kevin made it fun, his delivery is relaxed, so even though you're learning, it didn't feel difficult. Lunch was delicious and I really enjoyed the ice cream in the afternoon. Refreshments and breaks during the day were plentiful, which made the learning easier. Maureen was very helpful and quick t reply to my emails and calls when we were rearranging out courses.
