great course! i just have to implement my learnings :)

A really useful course, I would love to go further and do Level 2 when I am ready.

I love these sessions, Sophie is very understanding and asks questions that allow us to go deeper in our approach to having difficult conversations and managing our mental and emotional health in the workplace.

We had more breaks (longer) this session round and it made a real difference for me.

Sal was a wonderful teacher - patient, clear and very knowledgeable. She made the session interactive and fun and time went quickly. I also really liked that the session had very few participants, so it felt more personal and it felt easy to ask questions and participate.
