This course has done SO MUCH for me. I have grown personally and professionally in the last 6 months and this course has been a huge contributing factor in that. I have made some really lovely contacts and I have valued every bit of the content. There was not a single piece of the course which I found irrelevant. It was engaging and superb in every way. Would be useful for employees new to the work place (graduates) to attend these to learn about acceptable ways to have difficult conversations maturely.

I came to this course really open minded not really understanding what I was going to learn. I am somebody who HATES difficult conversations and would rather just let it go. Having attended today’s course, I have so much more understanding of how to address them. Paul has been fantastic and the course wouldn’t have been what is was without him!
