Daphne was great and I think we all gained some new insights and useful tools from the session
I really like the facilitator, she is helpful, polite and engaging and is very good at taking you through how to use the software etc in a clear and logical fashion.

A really useful day, expertly facilitated by Jo. She enabled us to really get to grips with why we were there and asked really good follow up questions to get more detail on what we we said, holding us accountable for our comments. The pace was good, everybody got a chance to say what was on their mind and we bonded well as a team.
