I thought each of these sessions brought a novel fresh approach- as was typified by the River Jumping session

Should be mandatory course for all before they apply for any management post in the NHS. Instead of over a year may be better to have it monthly and 1 consolidation day.

Very enjoyable. Disappointed 3 of 4 of the half day sessions didn’t happen and I couldn’t attend the only one that did. Feel I missed a valuable component of the course. Other than that I have learned and more importantly understood a lot more about myself and how others tick

My second excellent Excel course at Happy's new home. All aspects of the day were first class and budget permitting, would like to return for more training

Great food! Secret ice cream was a delight :) Very useful workshop which gave me more confidence with excel.

The course felt clearly structured whilst also being responsive to the needs of the group. The variety of learning activities meant that I felt engaged at all times and that everything went in and will stay there!

Really enjoyed today. Lots of skills. I will take forward skills such as looking for strengths in the team and delegating parts of my role to team members that have the skill. I will improve the way I delegate, increase the praise I give and get my team to do a strength finder so I can talent match.

Overall I had a really lovely time and learnt some great techniques and that we already have a lot of the tools to excel, we just needed coaching in how to use them. The course helped you realise you're not the only one struggling with specific issues and being able to have open and honest conversations about that was extremely helpful.
