I really enjoyed the day. Nicky gave us lots to think about that will be useful to use with my team.

Cathy was brilliant at giving examples of how to put the learnings into practice. There was lots of opportunity to explore the techniques using our own examples which helped to cement how I can put them into practice now.

Very helpful, gave me lots to think about in the way I give negative and positive feed back. To listen more and let people talk.

The course was great at discussing constructive feedback especially when you don’t have evidence. I would benefit from doing a lot more work on this area for my confidence but appreciate the course has time constraints. Role play sessions were great
