Serena has been great with going through the steps , very thorough and patient. The 2 day training was helpful in terms of learning more about the program's function and features which I will put in practice in order to generate a professional report for our end users.

A very engaging and fun course. Lots of opportunities to mix and speak with other people on the course. We had to go at quite a pace due to only having 3 hours. However, we took regular breaks.

You can see a real mixture in my star ratings. The facilitation was excellent. The content was good and has really prompted me to consider my leadership strengths, how I coach others and the impact I have on my team. For me, the online format wasn't necessarily what I would recommend to others. I tend to thrive when there are face-to-face interactions and I should have thought about that when booking the course. Nevertheless, I learned a lot and I am very grateful for the experience.
