Excellent quality training from the start to the finish

Pleasant surroundings and delivered at the right pace with a friendly facilitator

An excellent overview of project management techniques, which was of great help to me in thinking about how best to approach a significant and complex project I am about to embark upon. The time devoted to project planning was very helpful from that perspective, and I feel I learned a great deal. The facilitator was very knowledgeable, and tailored the course to match our requirements.

Some things not relevant to my team but that's understandable. I can still use them in other areas of life.

I have really enjoyed the course, it has been a good pace, there has been lots of helpful discussion and feedback on current experiences and it has helped me to think about further changes I can make to improve my own work in my role as a manager.

Really great all round I just wish we could have more of it. I have enquires about doing a longer in duration course with Happy

Made me think how much we dont think about our actions and what others see. To be more positive and listen. Work more as a team get people involved.

Cathy was very engaging and warm with a real understanding of our work as it us a niche organisation, she was able to adapt off the cuff to make the content tailored and relevant.
