One of the best courses i've been on - i thought Happy only did IT courses! Perfect pace, great sized group - Paul was superb. Personable, knowledgeable - i wanted to course to last longer!

Kay was just fantastic. Very personable and easy to listen to. Engaging activities. Often you can drift off towards the end of training days but the full day was engaging well paced and informative. Thankyou for coming to show us some of the skills

This was excellent for future practice as a manager and provided much thought provocation. More difficult to put the learning modules into scenarios as a non-manager
